Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for enhancing technicians’ expertise and capability, providing technical guidance, improving the skill level of the technicians and the one-time repair rate;
• Answer the technical consultations related to vehicle maintenance from users and internal teams, and assist in handling user complaints regarding vehicle maintenance and repair;
• Organize or participate in the maintenance and diagnosis of intractable troubles, build communication with the headquarter technical support team and quality department, provide timely feedback on major quality information;
• On-site support, assist headquarter technical support team and quality department at on-site evidence collection;
• Responsible for parts claim related tasks including technical diagnosis, recall or TSB execution;
• Review and appraise the warranty documents submitted by the service center and provide relevant consulting services for warranty issue, and assist in handling warranty disputes;
• Research on national and local warranty-related regulations, analyze the warranty policies from competitors and continue to optimize and update warranty-related business policies.

?Qualifications :

• Rich maintenance theoretical knowledge as a basis with practical experience, strong communication skills, and relevant experience in handling customer complaints on site;
• Associate degree and above; more than 5 years of technical supervisor experience in high-end brands (experience in electric vehicles is preferred);
• Accept flexible rotating shifts and location, entrepreneurial spirit.
