As the HR Payroll Consultant your primary responsibility is to secure a stable and compliant payroll and HR operations function in Brav. You are proactive, service minded and motivated by delivering HR solutions that enable Brav to attract and retain great people.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
HR Payroll
- Responsible for the payroll function in Brav from A to Z
- Contact with NAV, Altinn and other relevant governmental functions
- Follow-up of absence and reimbursements
- Responsible for pension schemes
- Responsible for personnel insurances
- Responsible for system registering working hours and absence (wintid), including system maintenance and support and developing training material
- Support leaders and employees in questions regarding payroll and other personnel administrative questions
HR Operations
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- General HR support to the various departments in Brav Group
Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years academic degree.
- Minimum 3 years work experience within the field of Payroll.
- Very good Norwegian and English language skills, both verbally and written.
- Good knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite).
- Good knowledge of relevant digital HR tools.
- Good knowledge of the various Nordic Working Environment Acts and collective agreements.
- Good knowledge of Payroll, GDPR, insurance and pension schemes.

- Professional attitude and teamplayer.
- Analytical, structured and methodical, knowing that the “devil is in the details”.
- Strong work ethics - willingness to get your hands dirty and get things done.
- High stress tolerance and ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Capable to deal with rapid change in technology and market needs.
- You have a genuine interest for people, nature and an active lifestyle.
