Method Engineer EIT to exiting project with long length

Our client, a leading EPC supplier, located at Stord, are urgently seeking Method Engineer EIT to exiting project with long length.

Job description

Our clients project build modules, install modules on FPSO and do hook-up at Yard

• Make construction method input to planning and Fab engineering
• Work close with other method disciplines to achieve multidiscipline understanding in areas.
• Work close with other Aker Solutions disciplines ( Planning , Fab Engineering and Construction)
• Good knowledge to use 3D tools.
• Able to update/make excel lists with relevant information.
• Able to make PowerPoint presentations to explain chosen construction method
• Good Cooperation skills.

Qualification

• Technical college/Bachelor/Master
• Minimum 10 years’ experience from relevant position

Personal skills

• Well-developed team and cooperation skills
• Ability to handle responsibility
• Ability to work with high workload
• Flexible
• Proactive

IT systems

• Stong IT skills within: Power Point, Excel, Navis
• Advantage with E3D/PDMS and MIPS

Duration

• 01.03.2021 – 01.10.2022

Work schedule:

• Normal working week ( 4 or 5 days a week)

Language

• Very good communication skills, both in Norwegian and English (read, write and speak).
