Business Performance Analyst

The Finance team is responsible for providing information to the stakeholders of EnterCard and serve as a trustee to ensure that all financial information used for decisions is accurate. Together we forecast profit and loss, provide analyses for investment decisions and report financial performance.

We are now looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join the team.

The Position

• Drive the yearly process for Activity Based Costing (ABC) analytics, collecting and analyzing inputs from departments across all corporate functions, and maintaining and developing the ABC profitability model in MS Excel to be up to date and capable.
• Provide updates of Business performance metrics such as ABC analysis, Product return metric development / analytics and other adhoc analysis (YTD, and/or forward looking scenarios) providing the business with decision support which helps to steer the business
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives together with management and the business.
• Be a BP&A pioneer in developing ?non-asked for analysis? / ?insights? by exploring and utilizing data not previously used by BP&A, for instance from our BI/DW.
• Based on the current needs of the BP&A unit, other ad-hoc assignments, such as business case creation or competitor analysis may be added.

You

• Have min. 2 years experience within professional services, preferably as a Business analyst or similar field involving business development
• Have strong analytical and strategic capabilities, being able to formulate and design effective and robust financial models
• Graduate caliber/MBA or similarly qualified to be able to meet the intellectual and technical demands of the job
• Have strong MS Excel skills, as well as financial modelling, information structuring and presentation skills
• Are results and solution oriented with an ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Have a continuous learning mindset and change orientation
• Are self-motivated with the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues outside of Finance team.
• Are willing to travel within the Nordic region
• Knowledge of Consumer Finance business models is a clear advantage, but not a requirement.
• Proficiency in English and ideally at least one Scandinavian language.
