On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Package Responsible Buyer

Job Description:

• Managing and coordinating procurement activities and deliverables of assigned procurement packages in accordance with project goals, established procedures and work instructions.
• Establish and maintain procurement strategies, procurement plans and budgets.
• Prequalification of suppliers, preparation of inquiries, tender evaluation, negotiation, issuing of purchase orders, follow up of equipment/documentation deliveries, change and warranty handling, invoice control and close out.
• Procurement and follow up of piping, structural and EIT bulk.
• Close dialog and communication with engineering and integration.
• Especially high focus on material deliveries for the RS2021 at ÅSGB.

• Systematic and analytical skills
• Commercially driven with technical insight
• Excellent communication skills in English both orally and in writing
• Good negotiations skills
• High integrity and ethical values
• Self-propelled, dedicated and pro-active.
• Good knowledge with: TIME, MIPS, mMobiz, PEM.
• Higher technical and/or commercial education (BSc/MSc)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience within Purchasing and/or Supply Chain activities
