Hydro is continuously working on improving the way our technology supports our business units. We are now searching for an O365 Business Analyst to look into our organization and document its business needs and challenges, processes and systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. You will work closely with and guide business units in improving processes, products and services – bridging business challenges and problems with technology solutions.

 

Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you will work closely together with manager, our O365 Architect and key stakeholders within Hydro, globally. In addition, you will be Adoption Responsible within the O365 team. 

Activities will be:

  • Document management and documentation structure/availability/best practices 
  • Training sessions, both via video and HR system, team sessions and physical
  • Keep Intranet up to date (on SharePoint and Workplace)
  • On-demand article and sessions as needed
  • Develop global O365 Adoption strategy in Hydro
  • Set up FAQ/KB and Tips and Tricks for major O365 collaboration solutions such as Teams, SharePoint and others

Qualifications

  • BS in Communications or IT
  • Experienced within MS O365 products and other collaboration tools, e.g. Workplace
  • Some experience within analysis, controlling 
  • Experience from IT 
  • Structured and analytic
  • People oriented and a team player
  • Good communication skills, both in Norwegian and English. Other languages are also interesting

 

Additional information
In this role you will report to Pricipal Lead for Digital Solutions. Her team is international, and part of GBS IT. Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
