On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Installation Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate planned SoW and project priorities between involved Installation Leads in area of Responsibility.
- Coordinate between engineering , refurbishment , method , Plan & Construction to ensure deliverance according to plan
- Plan and execute critical need towards installation activities related to critical delivery, equipment need and coordinate towards MC department.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are identified for the scope of work.
- Responsible for update and implement activities into planning systems (Construction Input sheet) and cooperation with planning department
- Involved in strategy work/method and execution within area of responsibility.
- Daily meetings with working leads (formenn, Installation Leads) to solve daily issues and communicate to Construction Lead
- Have Weekly status meetings with client and involved personnel within the SoW
- Check and verification of jobcards and report to Engineering discipline if changes/ improvement is needed.
- Ensure that HSE and quality requirement are identified and described within area of responsibility
- Continuous search to improve the work methodology for a better productivity.
Qualifications:
- Technical education
- Preferably Skilled worker (Fagbrev)
Additional skills:
- Surface treatment on industrial scale
- Structural Experience
- Installation lead Roles within Structural and Surface treatment
Language:
- Norwegian
- English
