What you will do

Neonomics is offering a revolutionary way of doing payments and transfers within and between countries by connecting thousands of banks through one API. We are now looking for a technical team lead who can help us on our way to success. As a Team Lead, you will have the main responsibility of building and managing one of our development teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage one of our development teams
• Making sure your team has the optimal composition of resources
• Make sure our Software Engineers gets to develop. Motivate, guide, put the right expectations and give feedback
• Make sure that your team´s projects develop in the right direction
• Together with recruitment, arrange interviews and other tasks related to hiring new team members
• Optimize our working methods. Ensuring your team use optimal technologies and having all necessary systems on place
• Contribute. Besides being a manager, you are also a hands-on engineer who like spending your time solving problems 

In Neonomics, we own our products and solutions. As a team lead you will work closely together with your team as well as other parts of the company, for example Product Owners and Business Developers. We believe in automation, agile methods and we have a CI/CD pipeline setup for each development environment.

About you

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have solid programming experience and have knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Java, C# or Python. You have experience managing a team and are comfortable having personal responsibility. We prefer that you have higher education within IT/Tech or similar, but the most important is that you have the engagement and interest for this position and that you have relevant experience.
