German speaking Business Manager for our Oslo office

What will you be doing:

As a business manager, you are part of our Operations and Recruitment team. You are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of German-speaking international recruiters with their KPI’s and targets. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability. In addition to leading the team, you are an active recruitment team member, helping them deliver German-speaking candidates to our many clients.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of a group of German-speaking recruiters
• Coaching them on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved
• Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action
• Responsible for creating action plans to deliver candidates to our clients, ensuring the quality of candidates is up to our standard
• Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
• Be an active part of the recruitment team by sending and placing German-speaking talent to our clients on a weekly basis

Who you are

• You are a junior team lead at the beginning of your career with 8-12 months experience in a similar position, or have the soft skills and qualities it takes to perform this position
• You speak German on a C2 level. Other languages are a plus!
• You live in Oslo
• You love enjoy working with targets and KPI’s
• You are a fast learner and skilled at coaching, motivating and leading a team of peers

• Sales-driven and motivated to do personal recruitment
• Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion with strong decision-making skills and an ability to self-manage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
