The Group Controller for Aker Horizons will be part of a growing finance team and report directly to the Group Chief Controller. The position is located at Aker`s HQ in Fornebu, Bærum.

The position requires residency in Norway.

The Role
As our Group Controller within processes, systems & tools, you will have the opportunity to develop and be the owner of the system portfolio in Aker Horizons.
You will:

ensure a holistic system and process roadmap for Aker Horizon group
be responsible for the development of efficient processes, systems and tools for:
- Finance & Controlling
- HR & Resource Management
- Project Execution
ensure that the business needs are converted into efficient system solutions
develop and implement a governing model to ensure reporting across the investment portfolio
ensure efficient interfaces between internal and external systems
develop governing model to ensure reporting across the investment portfolio
implement processes and tools to ensure predictable and reliable management information

Who are you?
You have:

a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree within Finance. Lack of formal education may be compensated by 10+ years of relevant experience
7+ years of relevant experience from business/group controlling
deep knowledge of current system portfolio (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel) and end-to-end process understanding
hands-on experience with system development, system interface, and data visualization
hands-on system experience from mergers and acquisitions
extensive experience with ERP implementation
knowledge with .SQL and C#
strong analytical and commercial mindset
a proactive mindset and you are a dedicated team player
