The Role
This is an exciting new role with Puzzel! The BDM Traffic will help set the business development strategy for Voice and SMS traffic along with plans to drive revenue in this area and build traffic revenue through sales and partner sales activities towards new and existing customers. The role will have responsibility for global traffic revenue and budget and work closely with Product and Finance to find the right consumer insights and transform into actions!
Role Key Responsibilities
- Development of the traffic business outlook for longer horizon with all possible perspectives and prepare plans to grow/protect it
- Develop and execute long and short term commercial strategies
- Acquire new customers on SMS services to build traffic revenue
- Build voice traffic revenues on new and existing contact center customers
- Assess, foresee, and continually update traffic related challenges and opportunities
- 360-degree plan to protect and grow traffic revenue
Role Requirements
You will have 2-5 years’ experience as a Business Development within traffic or similar role. You have a track record of building strategies for voice and SMS traffic along with tactical plans to drive revenue in this area.
The role covers a wide range of important responsibilities within the field traffic & SMS processes. Hence, we want the successful candidate to have:
- Good technical understanding and interest in technology.
- Good knowledge of networking, traffic routing and SMS routing
- Knowledge and experience from the international operator market
- Structured, accurate and analytical
- Have excellent written and verbal presentation & communication skills in at least one Nordic language and English
- Have excellent social skills in general and more specifically in the context of professional sales and technology conversations
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
- Have great organizational skills and a passion for the fine details
- Possess diligent work ethic and proven ability to execute tasks with drive and enthusiasm
Language Skills:
