We are looking for a Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills, to join the senior management team in Swire Energy Services Norway. To ensure success, you need to have a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of the organization.

Primary purpose for this role is to be a finance business partner for the senior management team in Norway. You will be responsible for ensuring proper financial control and providing high quality management and decision information, to meet the reporting requirements for the Swire Group.

The role includes full supervisory responsibilities, and it is highly involved in setting the strategy, direction and policies of the organization in Norway.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, organisation and analysis of monthly financial management reporting packages
Management of budget, forecast and KPIs for Norway
Contribute with the optimization of the ERP system
Proactive analysis and modelling to support business decisions (hereby CAPEX modelling, contract tenders, pricing reduction and product line analysis)
Responsible for development and monitoring of standard operating procedures
Manage the relationships with external auditors to ensure timely delivery of year end reporting, statutory accounts and Tax compliance
Monitoring of internal controls, risks, compliance, and cash management
Participate in M&A processes
Use analytical insights to support and challenge management strategically, tactically and commercially
Ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Accounting & Auditing, Finance, Economics or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and preferably leadership experience
Advanced knowledge and interest in use of ERP systems and tools
Fluent Norwegian and English both written and spoken
