We are therefor looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Communications Coordinator to plan, facilitate and implement our marketing activities. You will work closely with our external marketing partner and our enthusiastic CCO located in Abu Dhabi. With us, you will have the opportunity to:

Plan, facilitate and attend trade fairs and stands
Prepare digital, visual and physical presentations
Plan, administrate and coordinate marketing activities
Develop, prepare and implement annual cycles and wheel for marketing activities
Establish templates and structure for marketing materials and activities
Responsible for updating content on the web, Intranet and SoMe
Collaborate with external marketing and communications agencies and exhibition construction companies where InflowControl will construct and display at various global conferences
Ensure the correct use of digital work processes within marketing across the company
Advice in the development of the company's marketing work

We are looking for you who have:

Higher education
Experience within marketing tasks
Experience with presentation tools
Social Media superuser
Experienced coordinator who thrives in managing a variety of tasks and can prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Norwegian and English, in writing and orally
Excellent communication skills
Excellent information handling abilities
