Are you our new Product Owner Integration/API?

Puzzel is seeking a committed, experienced and responsible Intergration / API Product Owner for Puzzel’s customer service platform which is a leading solution for handling omni-channel customer interactions. The platform has powerful API’s and are dependent on strong integrations towards CRM systems, UC systems, back-office systems and more.

We are looking for someone who is assertive, proactive and hungry to learn. You are able to work structured and purposeful while you are self-conscious. It is important that the ability to implement, document and exit tasks and that you are reliable, flexible and service-minded. You have a sharp technical head and a solid business understanding. Some travel to our other locations can occur.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the role as Product owner in selected feature teams
• Gather and prioritize demands from the market, customers and partners
• Scope requirements and specifications for new development
• Manage and maintain relationships and agreements with key technology partners
• Be a missionary in the integration area and build relationships both internally and externally
• Stay informed and updated on the market and on competitors
• Perform sales support in all relevant markets
• Participate in strategic customer and partner meetings
• Contribute to product marketing and development of products materials

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ education at relevant University / College
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

Additional desirable skills/knowledge:

• Experience from Scrum / Kanban processes in an Agile development process or similar development processes is preferred
• Experience from working as a Product owner, Product Manager, Business analysts, or similar roles
• Experience from Cloud solutions in general and more specific on contact centre solutions, CRM solutions or similar is preferred
• Experience from working with API technology
