SACC NO are a unique workplace that works with incident management of Telia Norway’s services and networks. We are a part of a huge, driven and highly skilled division of the company that fixes faults – primarily in our access network and to B2B-customers.
Your next challenge?
This role is an opportunity to gain insight to and learn the operations of a large international telecom operator by working with different countries and in a rapid changing technology landscape. You will join a highly motivated team and learn the skills needed for monitoring services and providing operations of cutting-edge telecom equipment.
As a member of our team you will:
- Work with identifying, analyzing, reporting and resolving incidents
- Continue to grow in your role and learn new things every day.
- Actively collaborate in different constellations to overcome our challenges.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Monitoring of Telia's customers, systems and services.
- Troubleshooting on all services and products.
- Support operating technicians and on-call engineers.
- Communication internally and externally when handling outages.
- Reporting of incidents.
- Assist and follow up customers by telephone and trouble ticketing system.
- Analysis and troubleshooting on customer and platforms.
- Follow-up problems / incidents according to Incident Management.
- Support for Telia's partners.
We also work outside office hours on a 24/7 shift list.
Who are you?
Properties we value
- Good technical understanding and interest in technology.
- Broad sense of responsibility and punctual character.
- Good collaboration skills and team culture.
- Certified / Good knowledge of ITIL process and OSI model
- Preferably technical education and / or relevant experience.
- Certified / Good knowledge of Networking - Cisco / Juniper certified
- Structured, accurate and analytical
- Efficient to handle inquiries quickly and correctly
- Independent and ability to follow up on one's own initiative.

Experience in networks, customer service, operations and relevant technical degrees or certificates are of course meriting but we also value and believe in – a team consisting of different backgrounds and skills.

You must be able to present a valid criminal record certificate from the police. This is applied for when you start.
