We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization and User Experience Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Optimization Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless experience to Helly Hansen, Musto and HH Workwear customers throughout their digital journey. This role will partner with the full eCommerce and digital team to improve the customer journey, reduce friction and uncover opportunities to improve conversion rate and other KPIs.

  • Lead and define UX optimization approach, strategy and best practices
  • Define information architecture and standards to aid in ease of future development
  • Explore innovative approaches and trends to deliver on-brand, seamless solutions for new and existing digital experiences
  • Partner with eCommerce, marketing, social and creative teams to optimize and enrich site and campaign content
  • Use data and insights to drive key digital initiatives, optimizing ecommerce KPIs and creating a better customer experience through the purchase funnel

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Advocate on behalf of the customer’s needs during project scoping, providing data driven UX perspective on global digital initiatives and content development
  2. Partner closely with the eCommerce team to manage the A/B testing roadmap, delivering winning, data-driven A/B tests, including landing pages and redesigned processes
  3. Oversee UX components of the Helly Hansen digital design system and ensure features are deployed properly across digital touchpoints including content rich pages, commerce processes, and account flows
  4. Utilize data, tools and technologies to examine how visitors and prospects are using the site, identify the frictions they face and propose solutions for how to overcome these issues to enable conversions
  5. Translate business requirements into UX concepts and features and assist in prioritizing enhancements within development backlog
  6. Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize full shopping flow from discovery to purchase, monitoring and closing gaps where necessary
  7. Investigate KPI anomalies and UX issues in partnership with digital team and development vendors, ensuring site performance and UX remain stable
  8. Assist in managing quality of executions and perform quality assurance tests on delivered solutions 

SKILLS

  • Excellent understanding of the eCommerce shopping experience
  • Experience utilizing session recording tools and A/B testing technologies, SessionCam and Monetate experience preferred
  • Knowledge of overall web development process and platforms including Magento 2, Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with Google analytics or other digital analytics platforms
  • Experience delivering UX/CR reports, results and insights consistently to a wide audience
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, remaining calm under pressure 
  • Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to independently manage and facilitate UX/CR projects
  • 3-5 years UX / CRO experience from digital, eCommerce or similar is preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
