As a Reporting and Sales Channel Controller at Customer Acquisition and Sales you have the possibility to broaden your professional competencies in a forward-looking part of Consumer Solutions. You will be working in a development-oriented unit with a quality mind-set and be part of a team with focus on development initiatives, including process improvements and implementing best practices. Your focus will be on cost control, reporting and follow up for all our sales activities in Norway for all brands within Fortum Consumer Solutions.

The position will be based in Oslo or Kristiansand but expect to travel and cooperate with counterparts in our other business units in the Nordics.

Duties and responsibilities

As a controller within Sales & Acquisition you will be responsible for sales reporting and forecasting, control of costs, sales margins and deviations in all Fortum's sales operations which are of highest importance for profitable growth. You will also support management and business units to make informed and data driven decisions, thus helping the business area attract and serve its customers in a smarter way.

Furthermore, you will together with the team continuously optimize, systemize, and improve both processes and reporting to create customer insights and business value. In addition, you will participate in relevant projects across countries and brands.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in Business, Economics or other relevant advanced degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience from the consulting industry or similar roles, with commercial analysis or business/sales/financial controlling.
  • We expect you to have good financial understanding and drive to contribute to high-quality services as well as to continuous improvements.
  • Good written and verbal ability in English and Norwegian.
  • Proven track record from developing and managing relationships and networks in large organizations.

  • Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking and great attention to details.
  • A person with high problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong commercial mindset.
  • A social person with good communication and cooperation skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the services provided.
