In order to enhance commercial and contractual capabilities in Cyviz, we are now looking to strengthen our Corporate team with a Contract Manager. In this position you will have the opportunity to impact commercial and contractual activities across the organization. The role reports to our COO.

The Contract Manager's main responsibility is to facilitate and document the contractual relationship between Cyviz and its suppliers and customers. This includes the entire process of:
- Reviewing, identifying risks and negotiating contracts
- Giving internal stakeholders the information they need to make informed decisions regarding commercial and technical risks and opportunities
- Maintaining contractual archive in MS Teams and contractual details in our ERP system (MS Dynamics 365)
The Contract Manager also provides ad hoc contractual support to all stakeholders in Cyviz.
Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain Management, and negotiate contracts/prices with international suppliers
- Support Sales to review terms and conditions during proposal stage: including contract review, risk identification, cash flow and revenue plan, mitigation recommendation to internal stakeholder (Sales and/or Management) and negotiation
- Support Project Management during execution stage
- Support HR department regarding employment, hire of personnel and consultant contracts
- Ensure ERP is maintained with correct information regarding software maintenance agreements, Service Level Agreements and Support agreements.
- Assist Sales in pre-qualification activities to produce corporate documentation, insurances and other qualification documentation required from the potential customer.
- Preparation of amendments, bid templates, standard T&C's and other contractual documents
- Check incoming Sales Orders (purchase orders from customers) for conformity with proposal
- Assist accounting with possible issues related to outgoing invoices (missing backup documentation, payment terms, Sales Orders and similar).
- Assist accounting in reviewing Letters of Credit (LoCs), including follow up of document request
- Presentation of most important parts of new agreements to salesforce, Project managers, support and/or other groups as required to increase awareness of our contractual obligations
- Provide ad hoc contractual support to other functions
Qualifications
- Higher Education relevant to contract law and/or supply chain.
- Relevant experience from contract negotiations
- English and Norwegian: verbal and written
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (oral and written) and willing to add your voice to the team discussions
- Comfortable working alongside colleges in different locations / time zones, where video conferencing is the primary source of communications
- Excellent analytics skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
