As the PeopleOps Manager at First Engineers, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and optimizing everything related to our operations. Together with the People Team, you will build all processes, infrastructure, and automation related to attraction, onboarding, development, and retention of our employees. Your main objective will be to ensure that the company is running smoothly and that we are ready to scale both in terms of headcount and locations.

The nuts and bolts of the role:

• Support all of our services that require operational support and optimization (MSP, Onsite, Recruitment)
• Lead the people team: Head of Employee Experience and Head of Academy 
• Responsible for the implementation and quality control of our HR Information system
• Responsible for updating all guidelines such as the employee handbook and the manager playbook 
• Support management to ensure that we build infrastructure and technology that handles employee benefits, sick leave, parental leave, layoffs, etc.
• Build and own structure for: succession planning, performance review, and employee satisfaction
• Responsible for systems and workflow for resource allocation to ensure full automation
• Discuss requests from FE Collective and provide decision-making data to management
• Lead all initiatives related to the people function and remove organizational bottlenecks
• Build and own the global recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process 
• Source and implement technology that can replace manual work
• Responsible for managing GDPR reviews and audits
• Ensure that our employee contracts are up-to-date and compliant with the markets in which we operate
• Contribute to the creation of PeopleOps-related services

This is you:

• BSc/MSc within relevant fields (business, HR, tech, legal)
• 3+ years of experience
• You are structured and pragmatic
• You take initiative outside of your job description
• Automation and optimization comes naturally to you
• You are truly passionate about PeopleOps!
• Structure and attention to detail is in your DNA
