We are now looking for a Service Manager in Banqsoft Credit Management to our office in Sandefjord. The office is located at Fokserød, nearby E18 with approximately 65 employees.

Do you wish to:

• Be a Service Manager for our customers?
• Work in between our clients and Banqsoft?
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction?
• Ensure that our services are delivered to the quality agreed upon?

• Be a contact person for some of our customers and to ensure services are delivered according to agreed quality and profitability
• Work on client strategies in corporation with Key Account Manager
• Gather customer needs and possibilities as well as being the customers representative inside Banqsoft which means coordination and follow-up on activities internally and to the customer
• Execute client meetings, follow-ups and identify actions internally and towards customer
• Support the customer with planning and delivery of IT projects
• Ensure effective communication around the customer internally at Banqsoft
• Client negotiations about extensions or changes of Banqsoft´s services

To be successful in the role as Service Manager in Banqsoft, we believe that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree within relevant area
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• ITIL experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages

We believe that you are a Team Player with proven track record of building good relationships. Furthermore, you are result driven, solution oriented as well as structured and have a proactive approach.

We are looking for a service minded person who can challenge customers and Banqsoft at all levels. You can and have experience of identifying and address challenges and problems in which you handle in a structured way.
