Corporate Marketing Design Lead

We at Visma Corporate Marketing & Communication are now working to set the tone for the future, and we are looking for a person who would like to work with us as a design operative. We envision that you are equally interested in identity-building design work and that you have a natural talent and experience with hands on design work. 

This position requires a flexible and pragmatic way of thinking and the ability to juggle a mix of operational tasks for our digital channels. You will be involved in strategic design work but have even more focus on daily design work and lead a smaller design team and its production flow. You will contribute your expertise and experience in various projects in the department and must master operational design work. You will work closely with our Design & UX Director and department management, our design team and other specialists in the department.

You have

• Bachelor's degree or higher education in art, design or equivalent

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience with digital design

• Good communication skills

• Experience as a Design Lead in projects

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Very good understanding of at least one Scandinavian language
