As Key Account Manager, your role is to build, manage and develop long-term internal & external client relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the performance of a full portfolio of brands.


You will develop and execute the strategy, tactics and operational plans and define the client development and strategic roadmap. You will be responsible to optimize the key account plans, financial & business planning, objectives and profitability. The role reports to the Business Unit Manager.


Your key job accountabilities:

  • Define the overall omni client strategy alongside with the development of plans, KPIs and goals
  • Develop a customer centric business plan; turn shopper insights into business opportunities to achieve key growth objectives of sell-in, sell-out and market share
  • Design and negotiate all client trade & activation plans. Be the conduit for all other marketing, event, merchandising and training plans in the B&M doors
  • Measure the financial return of actions and events. Takes responsibility for the development of the account.
  • Drive the performance of the client (P&L) through optimisation of marketing and promo budget
  • Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Build a solid client relationship to leverage our partnership for growth

Your profile: 

  • You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience within; account management / key account management / buyer / category manager (FMCG & Beauty/Fashion Retail background is a plus)’
  • You are fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English
  • You have a good and strong understanding and are up to date with the selective beauty market dynamics and trends
  • You are a strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set
  • You are fact-based, structured, analytical and have complex problem solving skills. 
  • You know how to make presentations that will involve and engage your audience.
  • You have the ability to navigate a complex matrix organization building connections & network
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You have a hands-on and have a proactive approach and a strong willingness to drive results
