Purpose of this position:   

To support and grow specific client portfolio for our Subsea business area within pipeline leak repair, pipeline structural integrity, pipeline coating removal, pipeline handling, pipeline plugging, subsea structural integrity repair. The Account managers focus is offering established clients the best technical solutions. The aim is partnerships, based on mutual business advantages, obtained by aligning IK-Groups objectives with those of the client. The Account management is all about trust and loyalty. 

  

Main responsibilities

  • Liaise with and manage key client relationships while building a wider network of contacts. 
  • Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points. 
  • Manage and naturally become the day to day communications hub for high value and importance client communications. 
  • Collaborating and coordinating with internal operational teams to help increase revenue across accounts. 
  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and service delivery. 
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. 
  • Meet financial goals and KPI’s as agreed upon.  
  • Active contribution in securing high customer intimacy and satisfaction.  
  • Active collaboration with other organizational units and proactive contribution to reach corporate goals.

  • Technical knowledge 
  • Customer focused and genuinely dedicated to meet client expectations and quality requirements. 
  • Self-motivated and able to priorities responsibilities. 
  • Attitude and skills according to company values 
  • Ability to build strong relations, both externally and internally 
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken. 

 

 Qualifications 

  • Engineering / Technical degree or Business Degree is beneficial 
  • Operational experience of high degree of commercial skills might compensate a formal degree 
  • Fluent Norwegian and English
