Responsibilities

As a floor sander with us, you will have full responsibility for carrying out the renovation of wooden floors for private homes and businesses in Greater Oslo. From the moment a project is assigned to you, you are the one communicating with the customer, sanding and treating the wooden floor, and ensuring a perfect result. This requires you to have very good communication skills as well as being skilled in your craft and able to efficiently carry out the floor sanding with the highest quality. (our clients expect the best)

You will receive the necessary training until you pass an internal exam and are ready to take on your own assignments. Then you will have access to an electric van with a complete set of machines and equipment. You usually work alone and take on one to two assignments each week. There is a lot of variation in the type of assignments, and you will not get bored. Occasionally, we have larger projects where several floor sanders work together.

Skills required

• A valid driving license is required to work with us
• This is a physically demanding job, so you need strong health
• Great communication skills in English or Norwegian are required to work with us
• To thrive you have to enjoy variation, responsibility, and working alone :)
