You will be responsible for the marketing preparation, alignment, communication and execution across the B2C and B2B channels in the Nordic countries.

In the role of Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the consumer and end user targeting within the PC, Gaming and Mobile categories. You will have accountability for the market wide execution of the Trust brand and the alignment of all user engagement throughout the communication channels, social, in store, online, print, influencers etc.

As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the central category, marketing and local sales teams to define a clear strategy per category and how to execute the Trust brand across our customer base. You will lead the alignment of all execution across the Nordics, ensuring we meet the defined brand guidelines within our executed content online and in store.

Within this role you will be expected to forge and accelerate relationships across external partners such as agencies, influencers and PR channels.

This role reports to the Head of Sales, Nordics with a dotted line to the European Marketing Director.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Ownership of the Marketing Plan to deliver against our execution and market share goals

·      Supporting the sales team in building and executing strategic customer 360 degree plans, aligned with the goals and ambitions of the company

·      With support of the central category and marketing teams, define a clear target user per product category/product and define how best to target those users with the tools available to you

·      Clearly define market share ambitions and risks/opportunities within the markets

·      Own the launch process, (with the support of the sales team) of all new product introductions (NPIs) across the Nordics with pre and post analysis of execution.

·      Develop an extensive counterpart contact network within each strategic customer

·      Responsible for owning the relationships of our external support partners such as agencies, PR and influencers. Optimising budgets to give the greatest return on investment (ROI)

·      Maximise the ‘soft dollar’ marketing investments (MDF) across our strategic partners, ensuring a clearly defined expectation vs investment EUR/%

·      Work with the centralised marketing teams to audit and enhance all online/digital content across our key partners and communication/engagement channels

·      Devise a clear toolkit requirement by channel (B2C & B2B) and put in place the core fundamentals to deliver this, with support of the central organisation.

·      Own the marketing budget to deploy BTL funding aligned to the market Strategy

·      Organization of B2B and B2C Events in the Nordics in coordination with HQ and Sales team


QUALIFICATIONS:

·      5+ years marketing experience in a Consumer (B2C) environment within the Nordics.

·      B2B marketing experience also a significant upside

·      Localised market, competitor and consumer/shopper knowledge

·      Proven ability to manage multiple external partners across PR, agencies and key influencers

·      Execution focused, end user obsessed, confident and engaging

·      A strong cross functional individual with a can-do attitude

·      A team player

·      Excellent presentation and communication skills

·      Exceptional at relationship building

·      Creative thinker, fast learner and self-motivated
