On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Data & Information Professional

Job Description:

• Act as developer, verifier and owner within the Business Management system for processes and specifications related to information governance according to lean principles.
• Act as system owner for dedicated tools within the area of Document management (D2, PIMS DCS module, Sharepoint).
• Accountable for building and maintaining system roadmaps
• Ensure retention functionality is sufficiently implemented for all domains.
• Establish and drive necessary business cases within Information Management disciplines.
• Develop Master Data management strategy.
• Act as owner of terminology within Information Management and ensure this is aligned within the organization by governing the management of definitions processes, decide on definition and ensuring communication.
• Work closely with all domains to ensure consistency and alignment of standards, work processes and technical/functional requirements for managing data and information.
• Estimation of required resources related to information management and data management for project startups
• Identify risks related to retention, sharing and handling of data and information and take responsibility for defining mitigating actions

• Higher education within Information Management (minimum 3 years)
• Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
• Knowledge and practical experience on Lean and digitalization of business is an advantage
• Team/Managing experience from companies with high complexity and highly skilled co-workers.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
