On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an ATS Coordinator

Job Description:

• The ATS coordinator will;
• be responsible for overall project coordination of vendor activities on company yard for all phases.
• together with PRBs/PREs develop and maintain a project plan for calling out vendors to site with support from a
• project planner.
• be single point of ATS contact towards vendor after the PO award for clarifications regarding the execution of the work
• act as the proactive ATS coordination link between the engineering, construction, MC and commissioning teams.
• The ATS coordinator shall ensure that;
• a filled in ATS call off request form is forwarded to buyer for the enabling a timely and formal call off award for the
• required ATS
• the filled in HRA603-R-01 form is forwarded to the project HR rotation representative enabling booking of required HSE
• and familiarization courses and issue of admittance card to the yard
• vendor has understood and adhered to applicable COVID 19 requirements for testing, documentation and check lists.
• vendor has understood and adhered to applicable cyber security requirements
• that ATS work is performed in accordance with the project execution model, schedule, budget, quality and HSSE aspects
• verify vendor invoices towards company approved timesheets and required material/tool/equipment supply.
• vendor personnel have documented correct qualifications for the work
• when found necessary, the priorities and re-scheduling between the ATS activities are defined and communicated to
• relevant parties.
• any project schedule changes, or changes to required durations affecting ATS activities is communicated to all affected
• parties and that the ATS plan is adjusted accordingly.
• vendors are met at the main gate by a nominated company representative upon first day of arrival
• vendor issue on site status reports, when required, and ensures that these are distributed to all involved parties

• Teknisk Fagskole,
• Minimum 3 years experience working in Norwegian projects
• Experience with Norsok Standard
