We expand our team to handle the growing number of international partners.
We’re looking for an enterprising new colleague to help us manage the growing number of distributors for Bridgehill fire blankets around the world. You will be responsible for our partner network, and key accounts with specific focus on developing partner relationships and increasing sales.
We’re a small innovation company, going through rapid international growth and we offer challenging work tasks in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
You must have proven experience in sales, be results-oriented and be prepared to travel.
Task
In the role of Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the general manager and the rest of the salesteam.
You will be responsible for developing sales in specific countries:
· Map markets and opportunities in respective countries
· Identify the right partners, distributors and representatives for different Bridgehill products in each market
· Initiate and conduct negotiations with potential partners
· Train partners in Bridgehill’s solutions and products, and assist with product demonstrations for marketing purposes
· Prepare budgets for individual markets and market segments
· Work closely with partners to develop the overall sales process
· Plan marketing initiatives for each country
Qualifications and requirements
You are an experienced key account manager, with a good business understanding and great communication skills.
· You can show documented results from sales and account management in growth industries
. You’re results-oriented and take a systematic and structured approach to goal achievement
· Relevant experience in international sales and/or account management is an advantage
· You’re a naturally good inspirator to the rest of the team.
· You’re comfortable speaking in front audiences, large and small
· You have good English skills – both written and spoken – and can preferably speak one additional language
· A relevant education to bachelor or higher level is an advantage
· Personal skills
