Customer Intelligence & Strategy Associate

Verisure Norway is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Customer Intelligence & Strategy Associate to join our growing and successful Team. The role is based in Oslo and will report to the Product and Portfolio Marketing Director Norway and Nordics.

This newly created position with visibility and access to a broad range of senior stakeholders at Nordic and country level, transversally, and a unique opportunity to play a critical role and have a direct impact by providing expert and strategic advice to management and facilitate business decisions and strategy development.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibility of this job is to work across the different steps of the customer journey lifecycle to continue to improve the satisfaction, profitability and lifetime of our valuable customers.

Examples of day to day tasks

  • Strategy and analytics: develop segmented strategy, goals, KPIs and approach per type of customer; understand attrition curves; develop an NPS improvement program, 
  • Operations and implementation: review and adjust Retention policies, design, track and implement pilots,

Location and organization structure

The role is based in Oslo and will report to the Product and Portfolio Marketing Director Norway and Nordics, Diogo Teixeira, former Bain & Company Consultant with a 6-year long track record within Verisure Group.

Candidate profile

Experiences and Qualifications

We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisures growth and organizational transformation goals.

Some of the other things we´re looking for are

  • 1-3 years experience in consulting, business development, analysis or equivalent
  • Master´s degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
  • Previous experience in recurring revenue industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written is a prerequisite
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to handle and execute on tasks in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in PowerBI, Alteryx or similar is appreciated
