With base at our plant in Lillestrøm Norway we are looking for a candidate for the following position:
Technical Service Manager
IWBS - Innovative WoodBonding Solutions
The Technical Service Manager is part of our IWBS Sales Team and plays a central role in our efforts to maintain and further develop our good relationship with key customers within the wood-based process industry. The Technical Service Manager acts as the link between the customer and our Production and I&D departments securing quality and competitiveness in our offerings.
Area of Responsibility:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
. Support our customers in optimizing their use of our products
. Support our customers and our production units in problem solving
. Participate actively in product development in Dynea and with key customers
. Prepare and run customer training programs and trials
. Contribute to the overall growth of the IWBS product line
Qualifications:
. Higher education (Master's/Bachelor's degree)
. Professional experience from process industry. Wood-working or Chemical Industry is an advantage
. Technical understanding and confident with discussing and presenting technical solutions
. Economical understanding
. Excellent communication skills in English and Scandinavian languages. Knowledge in German or other languages is also appreciated
. Willingness to travel

. Performance oriented, self-driven, independent, and targeted
. Strategic and business acumen
The Technical Service Manager will work independently, or in smaller teams, to achieve the agreed business objectives. The Technical Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager Sales, IWBS.
