Senior Salesforce Solution Designer

EnterCard is using Salesforce Service Cloud for our Customer Operation and are in implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an addition to our CRM solution. The Salesforce team drive and support the change through insight, development and execution of our strategy. The team is part of the Transformation team in the Digital Function, and work closely with all end-users, and stakeholders internally and externally. We are now looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Designer to be located either in Stockholm or Oslo.

The Position

EnterCard is looking for a full time, experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Designer/Architect with prominent experience in Salesforce development. You will be responsible for the architecture, data and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) related to SalesForce Service and Marketing Cloud. You will own reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design as well as being able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding of information architecture frameworks covering major building blocks such as data sourcing, integration/movement, persistence, master data management, metadata, data governance, security, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Salesforce integration experience, including the use of OAuth between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
• Deliver on agreed shared and functional targets and drive seamless collaboration across functions to secure delivery. Secure a constructive cross-functional collaboration for the benefit of the Group. Support EC?s regional agenda and work proactively to take out synergies and cost efficiencies.

You

• 3+ years of documented experience working with SalesForce Service and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts.
  Experience migrating data to Salesforce, including source to target mapping and data normalization, using Dataloader or similar data management tools.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative development features and methods including, but not limited to, Process Builder, Flow Builder, Lightning Page
• Layouts, and custom object configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce as one out of many solutions within the architecture, where Salesforce is heavily dependent on integrating with other services and solutions.
• Strong experience developing Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Aura/LWC Lightning components and a solid understanding of the Lightning Design System.
