We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant who will safely guide our new customers through their first successful live test or exam in Inspera Assessment. 


As a Customer Onboarding Consultant you will manage small to medium sized onboarding projects for educational institutions throughout the world, ensuring that they all get the best start possible on their journey with Inspera. 


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure a successful onboarding of customers to relevant Inspera Assessment services by using Inspera's standard implementation process and your abilities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Customer and Inspera during onboarding.
  • Assist and advice customers in their efforts to implementing Inspera Assessment in their organization.
  • Plan and conduct relevant training of the customer based on our train-the-trainer concept and with the support of online training resources.
  • Align cross-departmental teams to deliver as promised.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to the Inspera Product and Services organizations.
  • Actively participating in improving Inspera Onboarding Methodology and relevant training resources.

To be successful as a Customer Onboarding Consultant in Inspera you should be a great communicator, be able to structure your work and be accustomed to working in teams. You should love technology and be curious about how our products are used by real users.

Maybe you are an aspiring project manager, perhaps you work in an educational institution or simply are interested in digitization.

Inspera values personal characteristics and potential, but we will also be paying attention to your: 

  • English writing and speaking skills
  • Experience in working with (or in) academic institutions
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.

Passion, drive, energy, a sense of humor and a great attitude is always a plus. 

A relevant University degree is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
