Mond of Copenhagen is rapidly growing and we are now embarking on a new, exciting adventure in opening our very first international store in Oslo Sentrum. We believe that clothes should fit your body – not the other way around. This belief is the foundation in our concept we call Custom Tailoring, which we are now ready to bring to Norway.

Who are we?

Mond of Copenhagen was founded in Denmark in 2011 with a clear ambition; to revolutionize the way we buy and wear clothes. We do this by creating clothes tailored to the individual’s body measurements and preferences, based on innovative, 3D body scanning and algorithms, solid pattern- and fabrics know-how and an outstanding customer experience. This is where you come in; if you are passionate about the world of elegant, tailored menswear and have a special talent for giving the utmost best customer experience, we are very keen on getting to know you better.

What can you expect from us as an employer?

You will play a crucial role in making our first international store as big a success as our three existing shops in Denmark. From day one, you will be an integral part of our team of engaged, professional custom clothiers. We will give you a stellar introduction to- and training in fabrics, cloth mills, body measuring, fitting and everything in between, which, in turn, will make you one of the best in the industry. We have fun when we are at work and we take pride in creating a good atmosphere, solid team spirit and room to be yourself.

Who are we looking for?

You are ambitious – both for yourself and Mond of Copenhagen. You have an interest in classic menswear and want to become a master in fabrics, fits, and style and design of suits in particular. Furthermore, you can recognize yourself in the points below;

-      You have a positive, engaging mindset and come to work with the goal of making a good day – for yourself, for customers and colleagues

-      You take pride in following through and following up on things

-      You can think on your feet and are not intimidated to take a stand on your opinion

-      You have a drive for results and can balance a strong sale with long term customer loyalty

-      You want to give the best customer experience in the industry

-      You have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and have finished your sales assistant training program

-      You are available from start of 2021
