What will you work with?

Be a sparring partner to MT and managers in HR related matters
Support change management in the organization
Be responsible for competence and career development frameworks within itslearning
Ensure efficient HR operations and processes throughout the whole employee lifecycle
Ensure efficient and flexible resourcing
Develop a great place to work and employee experience in the company
Maintain and improve HR systems
Manage good employee representative relations
Ensure qualitative internal communication to support strategy and business needs
Build a strong network and be part of the greater HR community in Nordics region and Sanoma Learning

Who we are looking for?

You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in related field
You have 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner / Manager including experiences with Norwegian labor law and working with unions
You are solution oriented and execution driven
You have a high level of cooperation and can build bridges between all kinds of people
You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English and preferably Norwegian)
You are structured and systematic
You don’t shy away from new tasks and have a can-do-attitude
