Do you have experience with corporate controlling?

KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling is seeking a Group Controlling Manager to join our Reporting, Controlling and Risk team.  You will be working closely with our financial functions in the business areas, other group functions, and be part of a team that are continuously making improvements to our reporting and controlling processes.

KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling has the main responsibility for the groups quarterly and annual financial statements, monthly financial reporting to the Corporate Management Team and Board of Directors, Group target process, Group business controlling, development of group financial KPIs, and group enterprise risk management process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Business controlling
• Drive development of BI models and financial data availability
• Monitoring financial and non-financial KPIs
• Monitoring and analyzing cost improvement programs in the group
• Contribute to Corporate Mangement and BoD reporting

 You are/have:

• Experience from business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Business oriented and analytical
• Structured and high level of accuracy
• Proactive and independent
• Good cooperation skills

Your Merits:

• Master's Degree within either Accounting & Auditing or Finance
• Experience from working in an international and complex environment with international colleagues and advisors
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and oral
