Completion Engineer - Account Manager

Have you got experience from well completion operations?

Due to increased workload and global activity for our Completion department, we are looking for a Completion Engineer to act as an Account Manager towards dedicated clients. The Account Manager will coordinate all aspects of client operations from initial planning stage to post job completion. 

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Sales and operational focal point for dedicated clients, ensuring regular contact and visits  
• Propose technical solutions, check and prepare quotations and communicate commercial related issues 
• Coordinate the ordering of equipment to job requirements
• Prepare invoice estimates 
• Conduct and prepare pre-job and post-job meetings with the appropriate service delivery staff 
• Project follow up according to Interwell Business Process 
• Expand and develop the market and promote Interwell services 
• General marketing activities 
• Traveling to support domestic and international operations is required 
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies

Requirements

• Minimum BSc degree or MSc level education and at least 5 years' experience from well completion operations. Long relevant experience can cover for formal education 
• Excellent knowledge and relevant experience from open hole and cased hole completions  
• Fundamental understanding of well intervention 
• Previous experience of working in a client facing role  
• Experienced use of MS Office software 
• Self-motivated and service minded 
• Fluent Norwegian and English, oral and written
