LOTOS Norge is looking for Legal Coordinator
in the Company office in Stavanger with occasional business trips abroad
on temporary contract (up to 18 months).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and monitor the core business to ensure alignment on priorities and compliance with rules and law
- Maintain all Company files in a manner compliant with organizational/corporate policies as well as any laws that regulate the industry
- Quality documents assurance
- Ensure accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
- Organization of the Management Meetings and Board of Directors meetings
- Drive corporate governing bodies (Management/ Board of Directors/ Shareholders) lifecycle from drafting through completion and/or execution
- Manage the records of the corporate governing bodies
- Coordinate the legal support to CFO in the financial restructuring processes
- Ensure efficient internal communication
- Ensure efficient communication with external stakeholders according to headquarter guidance and support CEO in this area
- Corporate marketing
- Support to CEO in organizational tasks
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business/economy or administration
- Fluent in the English and Polish languages, knowledge of Norwegian language is an advantage
- Substantial relevant experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas busies is an advantage
- Good communication skills, as well as systematic and analytical
- An exacting approach backed up by consistent attention to details
