To continue our growth and scale internationally we need you! We are looking for you who gets things done, who loves learning, and who enables everyone to be better. We need you to assist and advise Unloc’s executive management and team with complex contractual work and daily follow ups of legal matters.

What you’ll do:

Some tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts with large business customers, local and international partners, and various suppliers
• Labor law and employee relations
• Support and responsibilities in development and management of internal systems, including contract management, corporate governance, IP strategy and management, and HR
• Compliance and risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws,
• Supporting in legal matters surrounding funding processes, employee incentive programs, and more
• Assist COO and CEO with strategy
• Manage cooperation with the company's external legal counsel

As Contract Manager at Unloc you will be given a unique opportunity to gain lots of experience while being mentored by one of Norway’s top venture lawyers. You will be supported and guided by our external legal counsel and by our employees.

We are looking for you who has:

• Solid legal knowledge preferably 1-4 years from a renowned law firm
• Obtained your lawyers license (advokatbevilling). This is appreciated but not a requirement.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Familiarity with some of the areas mentioned in the “what you’ll do” section. But we do not expect you to be an expert in all areas mentioned, nobody is! We do not expect you to even be familiar with everything mentioned there. We expect you to learn!
