Security communication coordinator

The security communication and awareness department at Visma are searching for someone who possesses the skills of communication and has a strong interest within the field of security. In the role of security communication coordinator you will have a thriving opportunity to work closely with the whole Visma family, making sure that they have what they need in order to close sales with new customers, by promoting and illustrating Vismas excellent security. We see you as experienced in business development, content-writing, project-driving and have knowledge from cybersecurity. 

We are looking you who:

• Is result-oriented, enterprising, outgoing, structured and self-motivated

• Has the ability to be creative, innovative and self-driven

• Is a strong influencer and drives others by being inspiring and enthusiastic

• Can communicate in a clear, precise and motivating way

• Has a strong belief that the topic of security can be used in sales

• Has relevant education in marketing, communication, media, journalism, sales, copywriting, security-awareness or equivalent

• Believes that security is absolutely crucial in an organization like Visma and has a desire to spread the security awareness all the way to our soon-to-be customers

• Have worked with sales before or production of sales material

• Experience with keeping track of performance or used statistical performance tools

Your daily work will include: 

• Produce security material in writing/videos etc. to be used in sales by the whole Visma family

• Work closely with all of the different parts of the Visma family in order to understand what security material they need for their sales

• Take initiative to meet with relevant stakeholders and work close with them 

• Understanding and rewrite already existing security material with the aim to make it understandable and customer-friendly for external clients

• The material you produce should be available on Vismas intranet and sometimes also on www.visma.com. Thus, optimize web content and customer interfaces in line with current digital guidelines

• Be involved in other initiatives of Vismas security awareness program as well

• Bear in mind that this is a new position and the job might change and adapt with time

• Lastly, very importantly, keep track of the statistics and results of your work performed
