Now we’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team of fun-loving Sympaticos in Oslo to further strengthen our presence in the Nordics.

Sympa is the fastest growing HR Solution in the Nordics and is expanding further across Europe. Our solution is used in +1000 organisations in over 100 countries. As our growth speed is set to continue rapidly, we are now expanding our team in Oslo even further and are hiring another member to the Implementation Consultant team. You will have a great team supporting you locally in Norway, as well as an international team based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, The UK and The Netherlands.

As an Implementation Consultant, you participate in all phases of the project – analysis, design, implementation and follow-up. In other words, it is you who ensures that the project is successful for all stakeholders. Your commitment to helping companies improve and strengthen employee satisfaction and performance shines through in your work and daily dialogue with customers.

What do we values in our candidates:

• We would like you to have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have experience in project work and implementation projects, which enables you to work directly with customers to design, implement and deploy the Sympa System.
• You have a general knowledge of IT and a basic understanding of HRM and HRD processes that enables you to advise our customers and partners on the best possible system solutions.
• In possession of a good business sense and as well as the ability to easily grasp the needs of our customers.
• You are result focused and ambitious – both on your own and on Sympa's behalf.
• In possession of strong communicative abilities and the ability to translate complex knowledge into "ordinary speech".
• The ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced, international environment and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in all countries.
• Native level Norwegian language skills and excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
• You have amazing people skills – you are great with people of all backgrounds.
• You are a fun colleague!
