You will contribute to our transformation process and will be responsible for local and global innovation projects. Core responsibilities and tasks

Responsible for leading local and global innovation projects
Brand building through analytical and strategic work
Contribute to transform King Oscar to a consumer driven organisation based on research and insights
Responsible for King Oscar consumer service
Responsible for digital strategy and Social Media in Norway
Responsible for the King Oscar websites
Be a part of the brand guardian team, ensuring that the King Oscar brand has the same look and feel across markets, so the consumer has the same experience across the world.
Develop skills in category management to identify opportunities in the market
Develop skills in Growth Hacking and implement learnings in Marketing
Be a business partner for the Norwegian market. Identify opportunities based on market insights and sales development of the product portfolio (key KPI’s). Manage the product portfolio and recommend new launches or delisting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree
Minimum 1-2 years management consulting or similar which demonstrates analytical skills
Operational experience is positive
Required to have international experience either through job or studies.
Project leader experience
Fluent in Norwegian and English (oral and written)
