We contribute to and developing systems and processes, and have expertise that help the company's employees to solve exciting tasks for our customers.

Workplace governance for ABB Norway covering the Microsoft 365 suite among other collaboration and repository tools. Microsoft 365 products play an important role in our employees' everyday work, both the traditional Office products and increasingly the online services such as Teams, Yammer and SharePoint. As an application manager /local service owner, you facilitate an appropriate and efficient delivery of the service you are responsible for.

We are looking for a person who can join our team taking responsibility for how these services can continue to create value for us, and transfer our strategic directions and initiatives into deliverables . You may have the capability to understand the end-to-end business processes and like new and demanding challenges. You are able to lead and drive through solid application architecture understanding and confidence on the whole Microsoft platform 365. Focus on application governance for cross-business aspects such as sales, project execution, production, service, research and development as well as training solutions, sourcing and communication.

Tasks:

• Drive and improve the business competitiveness by professional use of collaboration tools, e.g. Microsoft 365
• Manage governance, security and access control structures and audits etc. Perform GDPR review regularly, in alignment with Norwegian regulatory
• Initiate, collaborate and response to business demands from small improvements to changes and projects
• Orchestrate change management in close collaboration with business units
• Initiate/perform training activities in customized topics and areas
• Manage local vendors and work closely with global delivery center
• Manage expert user community and business custodian board

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Experience/interest in managing technology, applications and people
• Interest for governance, structure and innovation
• Some experience in Change Management
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 portfolio

• Creative and Analytical
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Self-motivated and inpatient
