We are looking for an Electro Construction Supervisor for a 2-year contract in Haugsund.

Description about task and responsibilities:

The Johan Sverdrup field is an oil discovery located in licenses PL265, PL501 and PL502 in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. The distances to Grane in the North and Sleipner in the South are approximately 40km and 65 km respectively.

The water depth in the area is in the range of 106-117 meter. The reservoir has excellent reservoir properties, hydrostatic pressure and contains under-saturated oil with a low gas oil ratio.

JS Phase 2 will be an expansion of the JS Phase 1 Field Centre with an additional process platform (P2) bridge linked to RP and tie-in of satellite production to P2.

In addition to new processing and utility facilities at the Field Centre, the new P2 platform will house the HVDC module to enable power from shore solution for Johan Sverdrup full field and the Utsira High Platforms (Edvard Grieg, Ivar Aasen, Gina Krog).

Description about task and responsibilities:

Ensure that all construction activities related to Electrical are planned, performed and documented in accordance with the project specifications. It is expected that this position can take a leading role on EIT diciplines.

Typical tasks:

Monitor all Electrical construction activities with emphasis on quality, schedule and HSE.
Plan/ participate in audits/verifications as required.
Ensure that Contractors personnel are qualified in accordance with contract requirements.
Participate in inspection activities according to the ITP as required.
Participate in MC punch-out, and verification. Monitor MC status.
Establish a good and constructive relationship towards Contractor.
Review selected drawings and documents issued by EPC Contractor.
Report deviations and highlight problem areas to Construction Lead DSM
Assist in commissioning activities if needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent within EIT
Minimum 5-year experience from similar position in previous projects.
A strong team player with ability to handle high work load

Language: English and Norwegian - fluently

Work location: Onshore Haugesund
