We are looking for a Vice-President, Employer Branding & Recruitment within our corporate headquarters and based within the Group HR function. You will work with employer branding in an “inside out approach” by supporting various internal and external activities and initiatives. In addition you are the global process owner for recruitment and the global recruitment system, SuccessFactors (SAP platform). You will report to the Senior Vice-President, Group HR and have the support of a 0.5% FTE to support you in your activities.

What you will be doing:
An employer branding/recruitment expert`s job is never done and the variety of the role can take you from planning virtual internal ambassador events to organizing internship onboarding days.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Lead talent attraction and retention efforts at a group level and support the business areas through various internal and external activities.
  • Own and deelop the global employer branding strategy including Employee Value Proposition implementation.
  • Continue the development of a centre of excellence around talent attraction and candidate experience for internal and external candidates
  • Global process owner for SuccessFactors Recruitment Module including identifying new ways of working, improvement opportunities and introduction of new modules and tools.
  • Global owner for all group wide agreements related to recruitment, testing and gamification tools
  • Lead internal talent programs and efforts including the Orkla O-Life Internship Programs, collaborate with core businesses to ensure visibility across all programs, internal and external events and focus on culture building.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 10+ years experience working within employer branding and talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing an organisations attraction both internally and externally.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining,optimizing candidate experience, assessment and interview tools and relevant systems/technology
  • Project and change management experience in a multi-local context within employer branding and recruitment.
  • Ability to train, influence and guide variety of stakeholders (up to board level) on new initiatives, tools, ways of working and directions. (strong stakeholder management experience)
  • Proactive attitude and ability to think innovatively, creatively and challenge traditional thinking
  • Experience working in multi-national/international environments is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Modules (recruitment especially) or similar systems such as Workday and Oracle.
  • Experience working and using social media within the context of recruitment and employer branding (Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin for example)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Nordic language and English
  • Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree within relevant field of study
