Cloud and Infrastructure is responsible for delivering infrastructure services to Storebrand group. These include the technology platform that runs Storebrands's applications and the end user platform to give all employees the tools to work, collaborate and communicate efficiently. We provide value through understanding both the technology and the applications and users that rely on our services. We have started our cloud journey towards a future where all infrastructure is defined through code and manual tasks are automated to the largest extent possible.

About Cloud Centre of Excellence

The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) has the cloud technology in focus – ensuring that Storebrand has

• A cloud architecture that supports code driven cloud adoption in the organization, and a process that supports continuous evolvement of that architecture and onboarding of new cloud services
• A governance framework with policies and guardrails for provisioning, information security, operational monitoring and cost management
• A secure cloud infrastructure and Azure Active Directory configuration
• A driving force that promotes cloud adoption across the organization working towards applying similar tools and processes

As Head of Cloud Centre of Excellence your main responsibility will be to continue building the team, both through training of existing resources and through recruitment. You and your team will establish good practices and act as ambassadors and facilitators for cloud adoption, automation and agile ways of working in the organization. The team's success is measured in how easy and quickly the rest of the organsation can reap the benefits of cloud. You will work closely with both the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and the End User Experience (EUE) teams.

Candidate profile

• Solid technical understanding of cloud, backed by certifications
• Strong communicator and network builder with an ability to create enthusiasm
• Good administrative ability – creating governance structures to ensure compliance with GRC frameworks
• Ability to create a culture of constant development and learning
• Strong focus on cost and ability to communicate delivered value
• Experience of leading a team going through major change
• Analytical capability – extracting and using numbers to support your arguments
• While the official language in Storebrand Technology is English, Norwegian and Swedish are frequently spoken. Understanding these languages will be helpful.
