We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Customer Enablement team in Moss.

Customer Enablement is a part of Dustin Operations, a Nordic function responsible for overall customer contact, delivery and customer experience. We work with dedicated, large and complex customers together with Sales and other Operations teams, both local and Nordic.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

For SDM, customer contact is a central to the position. You will be customer’s primary contact for operational matters, securing fulfilment of contract on operational level. Internally in Dustin, you will collaborate with other teams and departments, and act as customers advocate in the organization. To succeed in this role, you need to understand agreement, customer’s organization and customers business in general.

SDM role entails otherwise following responsibilities:

  • Securing SLA compliance and work proactively to prevent potential contractual breach
  • Status and planning meetings ‘
  • Managing product- and price agreements and maintaining system setup for the customer
  • Creating and managing web and product catalogue assortments
  • Optimizing delivery processes and routines

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

In order to succeed in this position, you need to have a strong business- and customer-oriented attitude. You are structured, analytical, independent and self-motivated. You are an excellent communicator and fluent in Norwegian and English both verbally and in writing.

  • Business college degree or equivalent (administration, economy, marketing or IT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience from Supply chain, customer support or sales in B2B market, IT industry is an advantage
  • Strong communicator and relation builder
  • Certifications in the area, ex ITIL ITSM is a merit
  • Microsoft Office applications, CRM, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge is a merit
  • Experience from Contract Management is a merit
