What powers you at work?
You’ll be part of Technical Support situated in Oslo focusing on making it as easy as possible becoming a customer of Payments Norway in Centurion/Nets. You will be a central part in the onboarding of customers to our services. You will also be supporting our existing customers with technical challenges.

On 6 August 2019, Nets entered into an agreement with Mastercard, selling its account-to-account based services. This is the largest acquisition ever made by Mastercard and a move for this leading global payments player to embrace the real-time payments opportunity and further strengthen its unique position as the one-stop partner for any bank. Therefore, this position will transfer to Mastercard with approximately 275 other dedicated employees upon closing of the deal which is expected in Q4 2020.

You’ll be powering Technical Support
As Consultant Tech Support you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Centurion/Nets. You’ll even find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are
  • Consulting customer on best use of our payment technology
  • Advice customers onboarding and offer technical support
  • Participation in customer and internal development processes
  • Update and optimisation of internal processes
  • Be part of testing and consulting for new services and solutions
  • Case handling – incoming customer service requests
Skills, ambition and that little personal twist make you succeed
Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Centurion/Nets. The tasks you will be responsible for require an analytical approach in your daily work as well as great communication skills. We are looking for a candidate with a general interest for information technology.

Your qualifications include
  • Technical education at bachelor level or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably work experience within tech or payments industry
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Excellent IT skills
