Job description

Active participation in / implementation of the incident, problem and change process
Carrying out operational activities in the IT administrative environment (installation, patching and monitoring)
Coordination of internal and external service providers
Specialization in operational tasks in 1-2 dedicated CoE (Center of Expertise) areas and basic knowledge in all CoE Areas.
Compliance with predetermined processes and methods (incl. CMDB, Asset Mgmt.)
Creation of IT documentation / IT contingency plans and knowledge base articles / support of IT audits
Error analysis and resolution in 2nd Level Support
Participation in the development of IT technical concepts for the transfer of repetitive activities to the SSC (Shared Service Center)

Education

Computer science training; Additional training: one-year specialist training, 1-2 years of professional experience

Norwegian – Native
