About the unit

Yara is looking for an SAP Application Expert in the Finance & Controlling area. The position is located in Yara IT Delivery World Team.

 As a SAP Application Expert you will be working hands on and be a part of our application delivery finance team within Yara IT. You will also be working closely with the Yara business, other teams within Yara IT, and our mains vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage solutions related IT services focusing on availability and performance management, incident, problem management and service request management
• Ensure the services are provided in quality, according to agreed service levels and in respect to governance. Liaise with other IT teams and coordinate multi service provider activities accordingly
• Manage regular operational meeting with process business owner and report on related solution service delivery activity, roadmap and operational changes
• Maintain and document key information and roadmap related to the application/functionalities and the processes/services in place to manage them
• Work closely with Service Providers/3rd parties in case of issues, specification of changes, or follow up

Profile

• Minimum 3 Years’ experience as SAP FI/CO functional analyst; experience in AA, New GL,  and CO/PA as well as SAP Certification are a plus
• Experience from SAP S/4Hana platform is a plus
• Additional expertise in other SAP components, in application integration or IDOC processing, as well as with other Finance and Controlling oriented applications such as SLAN, Concur, iVAT, etc will be highly appreciated
• Proven experience implementing and managing finance and controlling solutions in large industrial companies using SAP Solutions
• Proven ability to assess business requirements, design solutions, produce functional analysis / technical document and implement solutions
• Combined knowledge and interest mix between business and technology
• Follow ITIL processes, and give input on possible improvement
• Strong analytical skills combined with good level of communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently, defining targets and prioritizing tasks in a demanding environment
• Structured, customer service minded, team-player, proactive and highly committed
• English (fluent written and spoken). Other European languages are a plus.
