Ordr is the success story of a startup becoming a scale-up in less than a year. We have identified the need to modernise and digitalise the way restaurants, bars, hotels and arenas are run, and have chosen to take matters into our own hands to streamline and change the entire process starting with the current order system. We have gained a significant customer base and are still growing at a tremendous speed. This means that we are now strengthening the company with many more talents. With Norway's leading investors behind it, the goal is to build the platform from Norway, which delivers just as well abroad.

As Head of Operation it will be your responsibility to improve ordr on a day to day basis. Your responsibilities will be procurement and supply chain optimization and to be leading the customer service team and implementation. You will need to identify and lead improvement processes with focus on continuous improvement. We measure everything we do on outcomes and value created, and do not build processes just to have a process.

We are looking for you:

Who are experienced in improvement processes, familiar with the lean framework of continues improvement.

Who are structured and knows how to create and optimize structure and processes on an outcome based value approach. “No one likes a process just for the sake of a process.”

Who loves to identify and optimize bottlenecks to unlock the power of faster scale.

Who has preferably a technical background and understanding in infrastructure optimizing Windows and IOS environment. You have the overview of the entire ecosystem making strategic decisions on how to optimize and scale faster, and at the same time having the hands on expertise to actually do it. 

We are handling systems for more than 300 customers and growing by 20+ every week and we are seeking our Head of Operation to scale the business and optimize our existing and future infrastructure.

As Head of Operation in ordr, it will be your responsibility to take the role of Project Lead, to optimize and improve processes, flows and structure in the ecosystem Ordr is a part of, to create tomorrow's customer experiences.
